Much of the United States has been on at least partial lockdown due to COVID-19 since mid March. Schools are being run remotely, children don’t get as much opportunity to play with members of their peer group. What will this mean for their future when young children have a gap in their ability to practice social skills with children of their age group?

Week in Review: June 16 — 22
You may or may not have noticed the lack of other posts this week. That is because I was helping out with Xander’s Twilight Camp (cub scout day camp), teaching the kids about conservation of our ocean wildlife. I did surprisingly well, considering my social anxiety. I may give that experience a post of its own, so I won’t go into too much detail here.
